Me Time

"Sometimes you just need to disconnect and enjoy your own company"
I love time by myself. It's healthy to be able to enjoy life when you are by yourself and not just around other people. Spending time alone gives you the opportunity to discover who you are. 

Here’s a list of things you can do to enjoy time alone:

  • Go bike riding
  • Take long walks
  • Read a book
  • Go swimming 
  • Breathe 
  • Enjoy nature
  • Pick up a new hobby 


Disconnect! Take some time off the internet and your phone or any device that gives you access to social media. Yes I know, it's easier said than done. But we can do it!

Here are some benefits for spending time alone:

  • You relax
  • You learn to be independent 
  • You get to do the things you enjoy doing 
  • You discover who you are 
  • You’re more focused 


I am going to be spending a lot of time by myself these next two weeks as I am off of work and school. I am honestly looking forward to it. I need a break from people. 😉
