Happiness is something that we all strive for, yet many of us find it challenging to grasp and even harder to maintain. But let me tell you, it's much easier than you think! 

Here are 6 great ways that can help us live a happier life:

Do what you love
If you are passionate about something, make time to do it. When you do what you love you are filled with joy. And no one can take that away from you. 

Help others
Once we have achieved our goals, we should help others achieve theirs as well. We should always be happy for others success. When we help others, it feels good, and the impact we make feels fulfilling which is a big source for our own happiness. 

Smile more
"The happiest girls are the prettiest." It's actually scientifically proven that when we smile more, we are happier.  Practice smiling more. Even if you have to force it, you'll still feel better.  

Be thankful
We should always be grateful no matter what we have or don't have. Without even realizing it, we take our basic necessities for granted - a roof over our heads, the food we eat. By appreciating all the things that you already have, you'll begin to feel happier. 

Part of living a happy life is taking care of ourselves, mind, body, and spirit. Exercise, healthy eating, meditation, these things can help manage stress and make you much happier. 

Be yourself
Accept who you are, be yourself, and you will feel a difference. And don't forget to always love yourself!
