5 Tips for self-care

Along with self-love comes self-care.
If we don't love ourselves, then we don't take good care of ourselves. We become unhealthy. Taking care of our bodies inside and out is so important.

Here are some great tips on self-care:

Hydration- drink enough water. Here are some benefits of staying hydrated:

  • Reduces acne
  • Helps digestion

Hygiene- stay clean:
  • Shower daily
  • Wear clean clothes
  • Brush your teeth twice a day

Physical activity- get up and exercise it can:
  • Boost your mood
  • You sleep better
  • Strengthens your heart

Rest- you should get enough sleep it can:
  • Improve memory
  • Lower stress
  • Give you lots of energy

Reward- recognize hard work, rewarding yourself can brighten up your mood.
